APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT
As stated in our purposes, PWH may provide assistance to communities and individuals as part of the global war against poverty. Assistance and aids may vary depending on PWH finances. Before filling the Application Form, please read carefully these instructions.
Required documents:
1) FS Form (contact us if you desire the online version. Otherwise fill out one version at the bottom of the page)
2) Letter detailing the project and its benefit to the community
3) Detailed budget specifying the total cost and a timetable of the project. The community participation must be evaluated and clearly indicated.

The process may take up to three (03) months. All depends on the volume of applications we currently have. Eligible applicants will be notified via the contact informations provided. Shall other document be needed PWH will contact you. Not submitting all required documents may delay the application processing time.
